Entire Dream Villa: 2 nights minimum stay
The Dream Den: 5 nights minimum stay
The fridge will be comprehensively stocked before your arrival and a private chef can be organised with the only cost being the food.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Smoking: there is no smoking in the villa.
Internet: WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Parking: Onsite parking is available and car hire strongly recommended.
Payment Policy:
PLEASE NOTE : Payments will be made in Cash (at arrival), Banktransfer (different methods available), Wise (Transferwise) or on request with PayPal (plus 5% admin fees). The deposit we advise to pay with Banktransfer or Wise (Transferwise).
Cancellation policy and fees:
The deposit is refundable if cancellation is within 45 days of arrival less 10% for admin fees, cancellations within 45 days are non refundable.
The deposit is 20% of total booking price at time of confirmed reservation.
Security/damage deposit:
A security deposit of THB 70’000 (or equivalent amount in EUR/USD in CASH) is required on check-in. Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. The owner representative reserves the right to reclaim the rented property if the guest/tenant, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
The security/damage deposit will be refunded in full (or partly in case of any damage deducted), on departure date.
